Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by â€œlaying on handsâ€ and is based on the idea that an unseen â€œlife force energyâ€ flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If oneâ€™s â€œlife force energyâ€ is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Â On-going treatments may aid in physical and emotional healing.
Reiki can be administered in-person or with distance healing if you are not able to be physically present.
